Stripes

 

I have been looking for a striped pencil skirt for a while and I finally found this one at Loft Outlet. Black, white, and red is one of my favorite color combos so I chose the red sweater and black tee to go with the skirt.

Evil Eye

 

I love the pattern on these pants because it looks just like the "evil eye" that is also on the bracelet I'm wearing. My husband got me the bracelet from Turkey on a trip he took with his family a couple years ago.

Chambray

 

I decided to wear my chambray shirt a little on the dressy side today with a pencil skirt and statement necklace. I like this look because I like to dress nice for work, but my office is pretty casual most of the time so the chambray shirt adds the right amount of casual to the outfit.

Maxi

 

As I started writing this post I realized that most of this outfit is from Target. What can I say? I do love me some Target. This is an outfit that I've put together before, but I haven't worn it in a while. I just love how comfy it is and the lace vest dresses it up a little.

(Almost) Spring

 

Tomorrow is the first day of Spring and the weather has been starting to feel more and more like it. I came real close to going tights free this morning until my weather app informed me it was 33 degrees outside. I guess that's Oklahoma for ya. Heater in the morning, A/C in the afternoon. This floral dress feels springy enough that it made up for the temperature. I decided to pair it with the black blazer and green booties to make it a little more work appropriate and a little less girly.

Couldn’t quite get a picture I was happy with, but I do love this outfit. I love the print on this skirt and I have a lot of ideas for it.
